The framework

Decide what's worth solving.
Then decide what to build.

Today's purpose isn't to decide what to build — it's to decide whether these problems are worth solving. This is the simple loop every opportunity runs through, no matter which department it comes from.

01
Discover
What happens

We sit with a team and watch how the work actually happens. No slides — interviews, shadowing, and a map of where time and money leak.

Who's in the room

The team that owns the problem, their architect, our embedded architect.

What comes out

A short, honest brief: the problem, what it costs, and what 'better' looks like.

02
Prioritize
What happens

All the briefs go on one board, ranked by value against effort. Riot owns the ranking — we advise, you decide.

Who's in the room

Sponsors from each department plus whoever signs off on budget.

What comes out

A ranked, Riot-owned list of what's worth building first — and what isn't.

03
Prototype
What happens

The top entry gets a working prototype in front of real users fast. The two concepts on this site show what that looks like.

Who's in the room

A handful of real users from the team, giving blunt feedback.

What comes out

Evidence. Either the prototype earns a build decision, or the idea dies cheaply.

04
Deploy
What happens

Only greenlit prototypes get built properly — integrated, secured, documented, and handed to your team to run.

Who's in the room

Our specialists plus your engineers, working as one team.

What comes out

A production system your people own, with us fading into an advisory role.

Nothing here is a commitment until the evidence says so.

Each step ends in a go / no-go decision Riot controls. Ideas can be killed at Discovery for the cost of a few conversations, or at Prototype for the cost of a few weeks — instead of after a year-long build.
