Big company behind you.
Small team beside you.
24 Seven is a global talent and creative services firm. Inside it sits a small group called the AI Studio, which designs and builds working systems for teams whose problems don't quite fit a product off the shelf.
This page is a short introduction to both — the company, and the few people who would actually show up to your meetings.
Agents
Software that watches a feed, takes an action, and hands a person the decision that matters.
Custom systems
Tools shaped around one team's workflow instead of bending the team around a product.
Automations
The repeated steps between two systems, quietly removed from someone's week.
We saw the AI wave coming, and built a studio from the talent already inside the room.
24 Seven has spent 25+ years placing creative, marketing, digital and production talent inside the world's largest companies. Over the last few years, the same clients started asking for something different — not another hire, but a small team that could actually build the thing.
So the AI Studio was built from the resources and relationships 24 Seven already had: senior people who have shipped AI work inside Google, Meta, Microsoft, Samsung and others; a contracting and compliance infrastructure that already works at scale; and a practical mandate to move fast, let the client own the IP, and never sell a product when a custom system is the honest answer.
That is what makes this different. It is not a startup trying to find product-market fit. It is a 25-year-old firm adding a build capability because the market asked for it — and because the talent to do it well was already sitting in the network.

Patrick Murti
Patrick leads the AI Studio at 24 Seven. He works between the business side and the build side — sitting in discovery, writing the brief, and staying on through the prototypes and reviews. He was in both meetings with your broadcast team and wrote the concepts you're looking at.
- A decade working inside large technology organisations — Google Search, Meta, Microsoft Copilot, Samsung and Gemini among them.
- Work on products used at very large scale, which mostly taught him how carefully change has to be introduced.
- Recognised by Google with a Global Community Innovator award in 2020.
- Today he splits his time between discovery sessions and the build itself.
“Technology should flow around your operation like water — not force the operation to reshape itself around the tool. As the business grows, the system grows with it.”
Relationships we hold — and systems we're already running.
A partial list. Our people sit inside these organisations today — some as embedded talent, some as the small team building the automation behind the scenes, including workflow automations running for teams at Microsoft and Google.
We mention it for one reason: the patterns in this site aren't theoretical. They're the same shapes we maintain elsewhere.
Small on purpose. Senior by default.
The studio exists for one kind of job: a team has an expensive, tangled problem, and the honest answer is a system built around how that team already works. Four things make up most of what we do.
Discovery
Sitting with a team, mapping how the work happens today, and trying to tell the expensive problem apart from the loud one.
Agents
Software that watches a feed, takes an action, and hands a person the decision that matters.
Custom systems
Tools shaped around one team's workflow, rather than bending the team around a product.
Integration
Connecting to the systems a team already lives in, so the work survives after the demo.
We don't have a house stack we sell you. We pick from the current tooling each time, and we keep pace with it because it moves every few months.

The studio is small. The firm behind it is not.
24 Seven has spent two decades placing creative, marketing, digital and production talent inside companies across nine countries, with entertainment, gaming, fashion and media at the centre of it. That matters here for one practical reason: staffing, contracting, compliance and payroll already exist. A project with us shouldn't require Riot to invent anything administratively.

Real offices, real teams, real accountability.

How we protect you
These aren't negotiating positions. They're the shape every engagement takes, written down so nobody has to ask.
- Riot owns everything produced — code, research, prototypes, the board.
- Senior people only. No juniors learning on your workflow.
- A small bench by design; you talk to the people building it.
- Contracting, compliance and staffing already exist inside 24 Seven.
- Every stage has an exit. Nothing runs on momentum.
Markacy, Futureman and Sketchdeck — if the work grows past the system.
24sevenagencies.com24 Seven runs three agencies alongside the studio — Markacy for performance and growth, Futureman for experience and creative, and Sketchdeck for on-demand creative production. We mention them because a system rarely stays a system: a tool that cuts trailers eventually needs someone to art-direct them, brief the campaign, and read the numbers afterwards. If that happens, those people already work here — you don't run another procurement cycle to find them. If it doesn't, nothing changes and the studio stays a studio.
Runs the channels and reads the results — paid, social, CRM and the analytics that tell you whether any of it worked.
Builds the things people walk into or click through — activations, digital experiences, immersive storytelling and emerging tech work.
An on-demand creative department. Brand, design, campaign and content work, staffed to whatever volume a season demands.
The next conversation
If any of this is worth your team's time, the next step is simply another meeting — and here's how we'd show up to it.
